24-25 Weeks

So this was a picture of me taken on March 16/08. I was 24 weeks along in this picture. I'm currently 25 weeks and I had another Dr.'s appointment today.

Dr. V said that the heart rate was 156 this time. Going by the heart rate...I have NO idea what this baby will be. My weight was 103.6 kg (227lbs...EECK!!) I compared this pregnancy with Rebekah's and with this one I've only gained 13lbs and with Rebekah by 25 weeks I had gained 15lbs so I'm not to far off with this one than with Rebekah. I did start out heavier with this one to begin with too...so that's not helping.

Going back to the heart rate thing and comparing with Rebekah... Rebekah was around the 145 heart rate and this one has gone from 150's to 130's and now according to today when back up to 150's. So, I honestly don't have a foggiest idea of what this baby might be. When I went to the ultrasound at 20 weeks the technician could guess that it was a 80% chance of being a boy. But the heartrate is really high but does goes down quite low too.

I had to repeat my urine test again because there was bacteria seen in the urine. I told the Medical Office Assistant that the lab gave me an unsterile container to pee in and didn't give me a wipe to wipe first....both of which I thought was odd because in the BIG City where Rebekah was born they were all about being sterile.

Rebekah came with me to the appointment and loved it! She did very well and she was excited to hear the heart beating. When I had laid down for the Dr to do this test, she was consoling me telling me that I was going to be ok. It was really cute! If I forgot anything I will update again but the appointment was really quick and nothing really out of the ordinary.
